Let’s take a look at pictures below.
At first, the one taken in the end of February, almost the same temperatures with early March. (the temperatures of the day : highest: 13°C≈56°F, lowest: 6°C≈43°F)

Statistically, it is getting warmer day by day to the end of March, but actually cold winter and warm spring come in turns in March.
In the case of late February or cold day of March, people appear to wear some kind of normal jackets.
On the other hand, late March or warm day of March, people appear to wear long sleeves without jackets.
All pictures are taken in the daytime.
Please note that, even around the end of March, it can be cold days.
Actually, in the case of March 2021, the high and low temperatures really differed every day, so I adjusted to the difference by taking a jacket on and off.
In addition, we usually have 3 or 4 heavy rainy days in March, so, it woul be useful to take compact umbrella with you.
If you take a bicycle in the early morning on cold days, you may need gloves and neck warmer (scarf).
